Act Up Theatre presents "Cabaret 4 a Cause", in honor of National Mental Health Awareness Month.  Artists will perform songs of HEALING & HARMONY, with proceeds of our event helping fund the Red River Children's Advocacy Center and Act Up Theatre! The mission of RRCAC is to facilitate healing and justice for victims of sexual and physical abuse, neglect and exploitation and to engage the community to protect and support children. Childhood trauma is directly connected to mental health issues and Act Up is honored to feature the RRCAC at this event to elevate awareness of the important work of their staff and the services they provide.

With our theme of “Harmony and Healing” Act Up performers will sing songs connected to mental health and healing. Funds raised from the event will go towards items needed at the RRCAC for children and families, including toys, water bottles, hats and gift cards.

Act Up Theatre is a nonprofit 501c3 organization, started in 2010 in Fargo, ND-Moorhead, MN to provide musical events that are entertaining and impactful, focusing on themes of social health and social issues.
